All submitted forms MUST go through an approval process which may take 1-2 business days. If you submitted a request for a change in banking information or for a deferment status and have not received infor-ation back, please call our Account Services Department Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. PST at (702) 248-1003.
