1- What are my payment options online?
You can make single payments online using your debit or credit card. There is no convenience fee for making payments online.
2- When will I receive credit for my online payment?
Once your payment is made, it may take up to 2 business days for your payment to be reflected in your account records, but your payment will reflect the date of submission.
3- Can I set up partial payments?
Yes, so long as the FULL amount of the monthly payment is received by the monthly due date. If the FULL amount is not received by your due date, the payment will be applied to your account but your account will become or remain past due.
4- If I pay a full payment online will it cancel my automatic billing?
Please contact our office in advance to cancel your automatic payment before making an online payment.
